Winter Rates

Included in the Rate:

• Accommodations for a maximum of 6 people. Additional people add $1000 per person for the month rental.
• $300/month, $75.00/week Electricity Allowance. This amount will normally cover the usage unless there is excessive air conditioning. (The cool tradewinds make things quite comfortable almost all the time, and there are ceiling fans throughout. However, some prefer air conditioning, but electricity is quite costly.). Any additional electrical charges will be billed at the completion of the stay.
• Spinning tackle and bait for fishing and fuel for the outboard motor.
• Water. The 34,000 gallon cistern should keep you more than supplied. Water is a precious commodity since there are no freshwater wells on the island so we just ask that you not be extravagant. An initial supply of bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking. Additional bottled water can be pre-ordered or purchased as required.
• Linens and towels. Laundering is the responsibility of the guests.

Deposit/Balance Requirements:

• 25% deposit to hold the reservation. Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations provided up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you must cancel between arrival and 60 days, we will work with you to reschedule for a more convenient time.
• Balance must be received 14 days prior to arrival.
